Track your hormones at home, in real time
Get quantitative LH, E3G, PdG, and FSH readings at home in minutes. No clinic visits, no waiting on lab results.
What Pregmate Analyzer measures
Measure four key fertility hormones from a single wand in one 16-minute test. Each one reveals a different part of your cycle. Together, they tell a more complete story.
How it works
The most accurate way to track ovulation
Most tests measure one hormone. Pregmate Analyzer reads four, for a fertile window you can trust.
Works with the Pregmate app
for accurate predictions
Every reading updates your personal fertility profile. The more you test, the more precise your predictions get.
How does Pregmate Analyzer track hormones without a lab?
It reads a fluorescent signal instead of a color line. You dip the wand, click it into the Analyzer, and at a fixed 16-minute mark the reader measures how brightly each test line fluoresces and converts that into a concentration. QLFIA (Quantitative Lateral Flow Fluorescent Immunoassay) is an established method in professional rapid testing. The difference from a strip is that nothing depends on how you read a shade of pink.
Why four hormones instead of one?
LH tells you a surge is coming. E3G tells you whether that surge is backed by a real estrogen rise, which is what separates a true peak from a false one. PdG, about a week later, tells you whether ovulation actually happened. FSH at the start shows how your body is gearing up, which matters most for irregular cycles. One hormone is a guess. Four are a cycle you can read.
I've read that measuring several hormones on one strip causes interference. Is that true?
Each hormone is captured at its own test line by its own antibody pair, so the reactions stay separate even though they share one wand. Cross-reactivity is something every multi-analyte assay has to be tested for, and it is part of our validation work. We will publish those results before the device ships.
What clinical evidence supports it?
The Analyzer is in validation now. Our current claims come from internal testing against other at home hormone trackers, and we are running comparisons against laboratory reference values. We will publish that data before the device ships. Pregmate Analyzer is not a diagnostic device.
Are the wands reusable?
No. Each wand is used once and then thrown away. The Analyzer itself is reusable and does not expire. A regular cycle usually takes 8 to 12 wands. Longer or irregular cycles take more. You order wands as you need them, with no subscription.
Does it work for irregular cycles or perimenopause?
Yes, for different reasons. With irregular cycles the hard part is knowing when to start testing, and because the Analyzer reads estrogen as well as LH, the app tells you to begin when your estrogen starts moving instead of on a fixed cycle day. For perimenopause the value is the trend across cycles rather than a single annual blood test. FSH is included too, which is often the first hormone to shift as perimenopause begins.
